Summer '26 Uniform CANTEEN Mount Hawke
It felt pretty special being asked to design the Summer ’26 tees for Canteen.
The design was initially drawn at Porthtowan beach, created within that landscape, shaped by the colours, textures, and easy rhythm of being by the sea. There’s a small nod to Carrot the dog in there, too, but mostly it’s about holding onto that feeling: grounded, simple, and full of character.
Canteen in Mount Hawke feels like an extension of that same environment; it lives within the same landscape, alongside the same land and coastline, shaped by it just as much as anything else around here. It’s more than somewhere to eat; it’s a community space that people move through naturally: coffee in the morning, food after a swim, conversations that stretch longer than expected. Unpretentious, warm, and rooted in the everyday life of the village.
The tees are just a small reflection of that, easy, wearable, and quietly connected to the place they come from.

Poster Design and Illustration @aroundtheblockers
I created an illustrated black-and-white advertising poster for a local community walking group; a simple, welcoming piece designed to encourage people to get out and walk together once a week.
The idea is straightforward: every Thursday, once around the block. No pressure, no expectations; just an open invitation for anyone and everyone to join in. It’s about making space for small, shared moments of movement and connection in everyday life.
The illustration itself is intentionally minimal and hand-drawn, keeping things accessible and warm rather than formal or polished. It reflects the spirit of the group: inclusive, local, and rooted in the idea that something as simple as a walk can bring people together.
